Rebar thread rolling machine :

JN/GQP40E rebar thread rolling machine can be applied to process thread on rebar end in construction. It can process HRB335, HRB400, HRB500 hot rolled ribbed bar with diameter 16-40mm.

Main Features

1.Simple operation, compact structure, low failure rate.

2.Process different diameter rebar by adjusting freely cutting blade in range Φ16—Φ40mm.

3.It can change machine head separately when process rebar diameterφ12—φ14mm.

4.One machine head processes both right-handed and left-handed thread, thread shape is smooth and full.

5.Adopt screw pitch angle mechanism, easier to operate, max thread length is 200mm/300mm.

6.High processing speed and production efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
