Function

The foaming machine of this discontinuous line adopts two components foaming system, 1. Polyether (Polyester); 2. ISO. Each component is metered individually and the flow is close-loop controlled. This system working type is discontinuous high pressure atomization mixing. The output mixed polyether will go through high precision metering unit to spray together with the ISO. The mixed head adopts mechanical self-cleaning system with easy operation and reliable performance. The total set of unit adopts Germany Siemens human-computer interface, which can display working process, various technological parameter including component flow,mixing ratio,mixed model. All the data can be sated and amended on the operating panel.
