Our thread roller machine is widely used auto thread roller in
construction and auto spare parts. It can process screw
thread/general bolt/heterogenic bolt and gear rack under the
cold-hobbing station.It's designed with the advantage of
high-efficiency,energy-saving and low-consumption.
Characteristic:
The machine is used for pressing standard parts of external thread
with high precision and strength, including regular, trapezoid and
modulax thread. The suitable materials are pressed : carbon steel,
alloy steel and nonferrous metal with elongation 10% and tensile
strength less than 100kgf/mm2.
